FOR PURCHASES

Can I change my shipping address or order details?
If you need to make a change to your order, email us ASAP at hello@letsearth.com.au with your order number and what you need changed in your order. We usually send orders on their way as soon as it arrives in our system. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.

How do pre-orders work?
If a product is on pre-order, text will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when the item will leave our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out.

To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you.

If you order an in-stock item along with your pre-order, we will send everything together in line with the pre-order ship by date. If you would like us to ship the in stock items separately, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email.
Don’t lose any sleep - there’s no additional shipping costs when opting in for this option.

Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately we may be unable to cancel or make any changes (including address changes, changes to colours and/or sizes and adding or removing items) to any orders after your order is placed. This is due to our 3rd party Logistics typically processing the items for your order shortly after the order being received. However once your order is received, we can organise a return if still required. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is my item In Stock or on Preorder?
When selecting your products to add to cart, unless your item has PREORDER NOW, the item is in stock and ready to dispatch within 3 business days.
Preorders allow you to secure new and back in stock items ahead of time (so you don't miss out). For preorders you will be shown the shipping date to expect your ordered item to arrive with you. Please note delivery times for preorders may sometimes vary by 2 - 4 weeks from the anticipated delivery date.

How will I know if an item I would like to purchase is ‘Out Of Stock’?
If an item is out of stock it will state OUT OF STOCK at the time of adding the item to your cart. You can select the EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE to receive notification once this item returns to stock, or as always email us at hello@letsearth.com.au if you would like to enquire further about an Out of Stock item and ask about future availability of the item.

PACKAGING

How do you wrap and ship orders?
At Lets Earth we believe in less is more. We've removed all unnecessary packaging and with our boxes, that go out to you, we use bio-degradable/corn-starch bags, recycled boxes & paper, ecofriendly ink and plastic free tape.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer this, this is due to limitations as a small business. Thank you for understanding. But don't worry, we do not add any order invoices or reference to pricing to our parcels.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive an email with your Tracking details so you can follow your order's journey. If your order is arriving via DHL, you can easily track your shipment and stay updated on its progress with DHL. Visit the DHL’s tracking page and enter your tracking number to see the latest updates on your delivery. You can also have notifications or its journey emailed by entering your email address in the 'Get Updates' box.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments and Afterpay as methods of payment. All transactions are processed on-line using our secure on-line payment system.

Can I make a purchase in my local currency?
You can complete your purchase in the following currencies based on your shipping location - AU, NZ, US, CAD, EUR, GBP, SGD

How do I use my Lets Earth Voucher or Store Credit?
Look for the gift card or discount code section at checkout, where you can apply your unique code. This will then automatically discount from your total.
Any remaining credit can still be used towards any future purchases, using the same unique code.

How do I use my Lets Earth Discount Code?
Look for the gift card or discount code section at checkout, where you can apply your discount code. This will then automatically discount from your total.
NB: Discount codes cannot be used with any other Offers, or during Promotions/Sales where items are already discounted at this time.

What is the inspiration behind the name Lets Earth?
Naming Story

From where does Lets Earth source organic cotton? And why?
Currently Lets Earth sources all of its organic cotton from India. India, along with Turkey, is among the largest organic cotton producers in the world. For our required quality, volume and scale, we have chosen India as the destination to import organic cotton. India has one of the longest and respected textile traditions in the world, which means it provides us access to some of the highest quality production facilities in the world that comply with Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and Soil Association requirements.

Not only does organic cotton have a low environmental impact, but also it is also soft, gentle and durable than standard cotton making it a natural choice for all our products.

Choosing organic cotton brings the intrinsic beauty of nature into your home without the presence of any nasties (toxic chemicals, GMO, etc.) and allows you to enjoy the purest form of cotton as nature intended it to be ... also knowing it was ethically made in adherence to the strictest environmental standards from seed to shelf.

What does Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) mean?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognised as the leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres worldwide. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire supply chain of organic textiles and requires compliance with social criteria as well. Independent third party certification is required for the whole supply chain. It enables legitimate ‘organic’ claims to be made on final products.

The International Working Group on Global Organic Textile Standard is comprised of four reputed member organisations, namely OTA (USA), IVN (Germany), Soil Association (UK) and JOCA (Japan), which contribute to the GOTS, together with further international stakeholder organisations and experts, their respective expertise in organic farming and environmentally and socially responsible textile processing.

Why does Lets Earth Support Fairtrade cotton?
Fairtrade ensures a respect for the social, economic and labour rights of farmers and workers along the entire supply chain. It encourages sustainable farming practices, protects the environment and improves the quality of health and well being for farmers and workers.

Fairtrade enables the funding of community projects - the building of schools, health clinics, the building of wells for access to clean water, and education and training in business and agriculture.

By supporting fairtrade practices, Lets Earth ensures a respect for the social and economic rights of the entire supply chain, including the farmers that are behind each product.

What products does Lets Earth sell?
Lets Earth offers a limited inventory of handmade, meaningful items for Home &
Lifestyle. Our current offer range includes organic cotton throw blankets, duvet
covers, Kimonos and Quilts (last item is on Pre-Order Only). You can explore the

What type of dyes are used in all Lets Earth products?
All the dyes we use are low impact AZO Free dyes. All our prints and fabrics are dyed using water based dyes (inks), which is free of ammonia, chlorine bleach and toxic heavy metals. Adhering to the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) during the manufacturing process ensures sustainable use and treatment of water used in the dyeing process. Also, all our products, including the dyes are formaldehyde free and are finished in accordance with the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).

Will the colour on screen match exactly how it will look in person?
We try our best to ensure that the colours of the products you are viewing match what you receive. However as you can understand variations may occur depending on an individual's device and brightness of screen.

However if your order arrives and you feel the colour/fabric is not quite as you had hoped, feel free to contact us straight away and we can assist with a return of the item (within 30 days of its arrival in its original condition) - refer to our Returns and Refund page.

Does Lets Earth supply fabric swatches/samples?
Unfortunately Lets Earth is currently unable to a supply swatch/sample booklet of our range of colours/fabrics. We also are not able to supply a tiny sample of fabric as our products are produced outside of Australia, so we currently do not have access to the material in its raw form (only as a product).

However if you do order, once it arrives and you feel the colour/fabric is not as you had hoped, feel free to contact us straight away and we can assist with a return of the item within 30 days of its arrival in its original condition) - refer to our Returns and Refund page.

Is your Bedding suitable for international sized mattresses and duvet covers?
All Lets Earth bedding is currently per Australian sizing.
