FREE Standard Shipping (across Australia) on orders above $150
Orders below $150 - flat rate of $10

FREE International Shipping on orders above $250
International Orders below $250 - flat rate of $20

Delivery timeframes

Orders (except preorder items) dispatch within 2-3 business days, this excludes weekends & New South Wales Public Holidays. While we make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, there can be unforeseen delays with our delivery providers, which we have no control over once the order leaves our warehouse. We recommend ordering as early as possible over the holiday period to being impacted by any postage delays.

Please note that your order may be split when sending, as we fulfil from two warehouses in Sydney and one with our team in India. Therefore, parcels will be shipped to you by our Logistics Partner.

When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive a order tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey.

If your order is arriving via any of our Logistics Partner, you can easily track your shipment and stay updated on its progress via their tracking system. 

Domestic shipping

Lets Earth orders are shipped for FREE within Australia for all orders over $150. Orders under $150 are at a flat rate of $10.

Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post through Standard eParcel or one of our Logistics Partner. When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey.

International shipping
Lets Earth products are shipped for FREE to all countries for orders above $250. Orders below $250, Lets Earth products can be shipped for a flat rate of $20 to all countries.

Please allow approx 7-10 business days for your package to arrive once dispatched by our Team.

Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post through Standard eParcel or one of our Logistics Partner. When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcels.
